William J. Reid, Jr. - Secretary
Mr. Reid is an Associate with Ziff Brothers Investments (ZBI) where he works as an investment analyst.

Prior to joining ZBI Mr. Reid worked within the Transaction Services group at KPMG providing financial due diligence and other M&A consulting services to Private Equity clients across a broad range of industries. Previously Mr. Reid spent time within KPMG's Audit practice and completed internships with IBM and Smith Barney.

Mr. Reid graduated from The Pennsylvania State University where he received a B.S. in Accounting and International Business as well as Minors in Economics and Business Law. While an undergraduate student Mr. Reid studied international business and international law at Bond University on the Gold Coast in Australia. He also holds a CPA license in New York and Pennsylvania and is currently a CFA Level III candidate.
